Development Manager - DANIEL McNAMARA

Daniel has worked as a professional town planner for 18 years in private practice and various Local Government arenas, with broad experience in the preparation and assessment of many forms of developments including high rise residential buildings, shopping centres, large scale greenfield subdivisions, industrial precincts, tourist resorts, mining projects and public buildings. His specialty areas include medium density and high – rise residential development, mixed use developments, seniors housing and Local Government law.

Daniel has extensive experience in the preparation, management and review of development applications and local environmental plans throughout NSW, and specialises in pre construction project management, including site identification and feasibility analysis, scoping of sites for physical, technological and legal impediments to development, and assisting selection and engagement of professionals required to submit robust development applications to consent authorities.
