Description

Eden is a boutique building of just 26 apartments. With a variety of single and double-storey through floor plans, and a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, each apartment is designed to capture light, encourage natural ventilation and optimise functionality.

Eden is located in inner city Chippendale, an area known and loved for its creativity and artistic sensibilities. Poised for strong growth, Chippendale’s revitalization is forging full steam ahead with redevelopment of the adjacent Carlton & United Brewery site, whilst retaining all of its traditional appeal with warehouse conversions, restaurants and art galleries in abundance.

Eden uses vertical louvres on its eight-storey facade to provide necessary protection from the west setting sun, but also creates a giant canvas of urban art. Up close it’s just part of the texture of the city, but when viewed from afar, the combination of sinuous extruded slab edges mounted with colour coded louvres will advance a distinct image of fabric flowing in the breeze.
