ROUAD ELAYOUBI - Project Manager

Rouad recently joined Ceerose after many years working for top tier construction companies. Rouad leads a highly motivated team of construction professionals. His hands-on management style, drive and the support that he provides to project teams ensure client’s objectives are achieved.

Rouad brings to the team more than 10 years experience in all facets of construction and project management. He also plays an important role in our business strategic development, project negotiations, project design and construction management.

Rouad is also responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s Integrated Management Systems and their continuous improvement with aim to maximise the quality of our service to clients and to ensure key business objectives and project goals are achieved.
