The Boston University Sydney Central site was purchased by Ceerose for the purpose of a residential flat development, but an offer was made to join with ZVI Construction – Boutique Student Living to develop and construct 164 student accommodation rooms, lecture theatres, administration facilities, and the ‘Fractal Café’.

Every stage of the process from conceptual design, feasibility, development approval, design, and construction was consequently delivered to our partner as a package showcasing Ceerose’s broad capabilities.
