Description

Espra comprises 3 buildings and a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment layouts. Designed by futurespace, the apartments are understated in style and timeless in appeal, with careful consideration having been given to the practical use of living spaces.

Retail tenancies activate Wyndham Street whilst the apartments above have expansive outdoor living areas that allow a seamless transition from indoor to out, with a heavily planted central courtyard providing a lush landscaped outlook.

The design and fit out of the commercial tenancies lent themselves to the potential for future conversion to residential units. This option is now being pursued by Ceerose, with approval granted by Council to deliver a further 7 residential apartments in 2013. This flexible and prudent approach to the building design ensured the security of our initial investment, by working with Council to deliver their planning objectives (streetscape activation), whilst ensuring that our ability to ‘meet the market’ was not compromised should retail prosperity in this precinct fail to materialise.
