Lumina consists of a total 61 apartments and 2 ground floor retail, occupied by Chemist Warehouse and ANZ Bank. The project is a sophisticated new destination in a prime Inner West location. The site was previously occupied by a museum in the early 1900, which was then demolished in the 70s to become a shop leaving it is a fruit shop until developers Ash Securities decided to put residential unit on the site in 2015.

After winning the tender project in 2015, Ceerose had then carefully chosen a team with the experience best suited to the project. The project team had come together and blended an instant connection. Through their experience of working together in the past there communication, strategy and efficiency which had allowed the delivery of the project to be successful.

Key challenges and issues had been presented to the team from an early stage. Through limited access and storage areas, building boundary to boundary and the depth of excavation over a small area. Though these issues were difficult to work with the team managed to overcome them through thorough planning and strategy making.

The project had shown to be one that had exceed all expectation. The team had managed to deliver the project under budget and ahead of schedule whilst the project being astounding in quality.
