Located within walking distance of Hornsby Westfield and Waitara and Hornsby Railway Stations, Northerly Park was one of Ceerose’s first major residential developments, and is a testament to the tenacity and the resilience of Ceerose to perform in a down market.

The project required consolidation of 5 land parcels under disparate ownership, and dedication of land to Hornsby Shire Council to form part of the “Village Green”, a public park at the footstep of the building, intended to become a focal point of the newly established high density community. A close relationship was consequently developed with Council officers to deliver benefits to the developer and community alike.
