We engaged Ceerose to undertake the construction works at the above project- 774 Military Road Mosman, consisting of 6 luxury residential apartments on top of a retail premises. With the input of Ceerose we were also able to increase the yield of the residential component of the property. We were very happy with the quality of the work which was conducted to a very high standard and overall we were impressed by the project and their delivery of the project. All units were sold off the plan prior to completion of the project on the basis of the progress and quality being delivered. As a result of this, earlier this year we engaged Ceerose on our flagship project at 5-11 Pyrmont Bridge Road Camperdown – which consists of 133 residential units. The project is going well with the structure going up quickly and Ceerose presently being approximately 2 months ahead of program. Overall we are pleased with Ceerose and the quality of their work and have no hesitation in recommending them as a quality builder with vision and the ability to deliver quality projects.
