We engaged Ceerose Pty Ltd to take the lead role in the development of our first acquisition in Australia, the design and construction of 164 student accommodation rooms and associated facilities in Chippendale. The Ceerose team were able to apply their comprehensive and authoritative town planning and project management skills to the project, being directly responsible for coordinating the design process with architects, engineers and consultants, culminating in the submission of our development application to the extremely challenging process evoked by City of Sydney Council. Soon after the consent was granted, we commenced construction and again Ceerose delivered as they said they would, on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the outcome, and the building was awarded best student accommodation in Australia by the Urban Taskforce. TJAC has more than 3,000 beds worldwide and this is by far one of our nicest properties. Based upon this experience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ceerose to you as a development partner or contractor for new high rise development in the Sydney region.
